Please kindly note that Capital Compensation Plan have following amendments.
  1. Effective from March 1st, 2013, bonus volume point changes to $1：0.75point.
  2. Effective from April 1st, 2013, President Bonus will be changed as follow：

PRESIDENT BONUS ............................... 5 %
President Bonus is awarded to U.S.A. Qualified Directors in the given month. It is calculated as 5% of the total U.S.A. domestic bonus volume (generated by the U.S.A. distributors in the given month and it is divided proportionally to U.S.A. Qualified Directors who meet the following requirement in that month. The maximum amount of President Bonus for one IMD member in the given month will be 2.5% of the total U.S.A. domestic bonus volume.

QUALIFICATION ( A or B )
A：
• Personal bonus volume at least 100ponit
• Group bonus volume at least 2000point
• Recruit at least one IMD new member 		B：
• Personal bonus volume at least 100ponit
• Group bonus volume at least 3000point

BONUS DISTRIBUTION ( 1 and 2 )
1：
2.5% is distributed base on group bonus volume 		2：
2.5% is distributed base on 4 generation whole group bonus volume
